PHP Developer

As the PHP Developer you will need to utilize your skills in Object Oriented software development, including, but not limited to, CRM technologies with most of the focus on Salesforce technologies performing extensive hands-on coding using APEX and Visualforce

• Develop new applications and extend existing ones under the SF Admin / TechDev Manager’s guidance using (primarily) Apex and VisualForce
• Support the Web Developer group (LAMP environment) with making sure workloads are performed at the right point to keep things running efficiently
• Creating and managing complex workflow rules, data validation, and system triggers.
• Developing integration processes using Salesforce.coms Web Services API.
• Create and maintain system interface diagrams, functional designs, and technical specifications.
• Assist Salesforce Administrator with minor Admin work when needed
• Work in a team environment with WebDev and SFDev closely integrated to support Marketing efforts

Communications

• Provides status reporting on assigned projects.
• Demonstrates a familiarity with assigned business areas products, services and processes.
• Drafts and maintains system and user documentation for enhancements and system modifications which may include end-user training material.

• Undergraduate degree or 4+ years of comparable work experience: educational concentration in computer science is preferred.
• Strong OOP concept knowledge with broad programming logic knowledge
• Must be experienced with PHP, HTML, mySQL, SOAP and the Salesforce API
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Proven working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
• Experience with enterprise-level integrations involving business-critical systems.
• SalesForce.com configuration, Force.com Security, VisulaForce.com, SOQL, Apex, JavaScript and Web Services API.
• Salesforce.com Development Certifications are a plus.

Preferred

• 2+ years using APEX and Visual Force.
