Shortlist Recruitment are looking for a PHP Developer to join a market leading Development team in Chester.
This is a full stack development position. The successful PHP Developer will work on a range of projects, designing and building new applications from scratch as well as improving their existing projects. A high standard of coding will be required, as well as strong application design skills.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Strong Knowledge of PHP
- Front End experience with JavaScript, jQuery, CSS
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with MySQL
- General web server administration
- Knowledge of OOP and main design patterns
- Full life cycle and continuous integration experience
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Laravel
- Web service architecture
- Docker
- Experience with Front End frameworks/libraries React, Angular
- Degree in Computer Science or Mathematics
- Experience with a version control system
The PHP developer role comes with a range of industry leading benefits and has a salary of up to £35,000 for the right candidate.
The role is hybrid based in Chester and is easily commutable from Liverpool, Cheshire, North Wales, Manchester, Crewe and Cheshire.
