Position Overview:

We are looking for a PHP Laravel Developer who is passionate about building cutting-edge web applications and possesses a deep understanding of the Laravel framework. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing robust, efficient, and scalable solutions while leading a team of developers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and create solutions that drive exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing code reviews and technical leadership to ensure best practices are followed and coding standards are maintained.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technical direction of projects.
• Write well-documented, clean, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and ensure the scalability and reliability of applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve the development process.
• Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to ensure smooth deployment, testing, and monitoring of applications.
• Identify and address security vulnerabilities, ensuring that applications are developed with security in mind 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in PHP web development, with a strong focus on Laravel framework.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex web applications from concept to deployment.
• Extensive experience with RESTful APIs, database design, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React).
• Solid grasp of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and object-oriented programming.
• Experience  with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Contributions to open-source projects and a strong online presence (e.g., GitHub profile, technical blog) are highly desirable.
